Management of the clinical agenda

Clinique Globale’s secretarial service designs and modifies your record of appointments according to your personal needs, with the following categories :

Date and time available Allocated time for each category of appointments (new patients, revaluation, special cases) Simultaneous appointments

In order to make an appointment, patients can call during business hours, identify their clinician and schedule it with our service. Each appointment is confirmed by telephone 72 hours before the alloted time.

Any modification of the agenda is forwarded by electronic mail or fax to the clinician or to the records service in order to prepare the files.

Cancellations and the changing of appointments are made at the request of the clinician or the patient. We update the agenda daily and bring forward appointments in case of availability.
